Professional is for solo creators or 1-2 person shows recording on the go. Includes the Stellar Kit, Studio Cloud Editor, 6 hours of AI enhancement per month, unlimited transcriptions, and audio-video sync.
Premium is for teams recording with up to 4 people, with collaboration for up to 2 editors. Includes the Sound Capsule, everything in Professional, plus spatial audio capture and export, and 10 hours of AI enhancement per month (additional hours available).
After 12 months, your Studio Cloud subscription continues at $29/month for Professional or $99/month for Premium. We will email you 30 days before renewal so you can switch to yearly billing, change tier, or move to the Free plan. If you take no action, monthly billing starts automatically so your AI enhancement, transcription, editing tools, and lifetime hardware warranty stay active. Cancel or change anytime from your account settings.

Yes. Your Stellar Kit and Sound Capsule record independently and do not require an active subscription to function. Studio Cloud requires an active plan for additional cloud storage, AI enhancement, advanced editing, and the lifetime hardware warranty. The Free plan keeps you connected with basic editing tools. Your raw recordings are always yours – export via Studio Cloud or USB (Sound Capsule).
Yes. All hardware comes with a 1-year warranty covering defects and service. This extends to a lifetime warranty for as long as you maintain an active paid subscription (Professional or Premium). See full coverage terms here.
Yes – you can add a Sound Capsule and move to Premium at any time. Contact support for upgrade pricing.
